Well, let me just say before Rihanna was the face/ The New Balmain Girl. I was already in love with Oliver. He is a sheer creative genius and havees a wonderful set of design chops. His breakout collection for line was Pre-Fall 2012 which was so European inspired, with heavy embroidering and jeweled sweaters that looked like Faberge eggs.
Rihanna feel in love with Oliver and showed us all via Instagram when she met with about a year aroudnd in Paris and touch a number of candid’s in the design studio showing her love for the new, young, talent handsome designer. I lowkey kinda of get upset because I felt like it was little fashion sercert here in the states among my friends. I’m like Balmain this, Balmain that and they’re all like Tom Ford, Prada, Gucci….. which is fine. I just felt like we had s secret relation and Rih came and exploited him to the world.
Anyways, I happy to see two of my favorite people come together and turn it out. Because everyone know Rihanna but everyone should indeed knows Sir. Oliver, he’s amazing I can’t say it enough. Oliver stated to Vogue that – “In front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the world,” said Rousteing. “When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete.”
