The POSTAL SERVICE #2013
The Postal Service upcoming and reissue release of their 10th Anniversary album Give Up comes out April 9th of 2013. The band announced that they will being a tour for the reissue that coincide with release date beginning in April and includes that includes Coachella. Leading men of the Postal Service, Ben Gibbard and Jimmy Tamborello will in fact with will tour with the whole crew including Laura Baurhen, from recently known band The Mynabirds and even Jenny Lewis, that lent her amazing vocals and appeared in the video for hit song ” We Will Become Silhouettes“. Lewis who recently might be known for her recent work with either Snow Patrol, M. Ward or even Dntel. But however you try and slice it this shit is epic.

And yes, this is epic, this is the band’s only “album” and second tour, beyond stoke but now if they’ll only add a stop in Michigan. I mean honestly, honest I still sometimes get goosebumps when the intro from “Such Great Heights” comes on a good night, it’s simply amazing. The reissue will contain two disc, two new original songs “Turn Around” and “A Tattered Line of String, remixes, covers and rendition of their own songs by Iron & Wine and the Shins.
